I’ve been deep in AI and machine learning for nearly a decade and have first-hand, operator-level experience in the real estate and construction space — two worlds that rarely collide, and exactly what this product demands.
My journey started as the founder of Adondevivir.com, a real estate portal that I scaled and sold to Tiger Global-backed NAVENT, the leading real estate player in LATAM. Through that experience, I worked directly with developers and construction firms — and saw up close how broken, manual, and fragmented the pre-construction process was. After the acquisition, I spent years immersed in the top data operations across LATAM’s property market, deepening my understanding of how the industry really works behind the scenes.
At the same time, I’ve been working with AI systems since 2013, long before the current hype cycle. At Mi Media Manzana, a leading dating app in LATAM, we built and deployed early recommendation engines, machine learning pipelines, and image recognition algorithms — using TensorFlow and custom models well before they were mainstream. Later, at MegaBite, I launched a fully AI-driven virtual restaurant that used user data to generate customized menus — essentially building a food experience as personal and dynamic as Spotify playlists.
I bring a rare mix of domain depth and technical fluency that’s uniquely suited to this challenge.
