Do you model structural steel?
No. We model concrete: cast-in-place, tilt-up and precast, with rebar bar by bar. For structural steel detailing, Tekla and SDS/2 are the right tools.
What happens on the first call?
We scope your pilot together: which three projects, the timeline, the fee, and your per-model production price, so nothing is left open before you commit. Seeing it run on your own drawings is the pilot itself, with a guaranteed minimum 2x and your fee refunded if we miss it. No slideware.
How was the 5.8x measured?
In a client milestone verification. The same element was modeled twice, once manually and once with ConstructAI, both sessions recorded. ConstructAI finished 5.8x faster, and the client signed off on the result with their own data. Those recordings belong to the client, which is why you will not find them on our feed. Your pilot criterion, a guaranteed minimum 2x increase, gets verified the same way, and that footage is yours. The 5.8x is measured data from executed work. The 2x is the floor we guarantee in writing.
What happens when the pilot ends?
One of two things. If the recorded sessions show at least 2x, your annual contract begins at the per-model price we agreed before the pilot started, with nothing left to negotiate, and the full pilot fee is credited to it as a discount. If we miss 2x, the fee is refunded in full and it ends there: your only risk was a few weeks of calendar. Ours was real either way: the pilot runs at a loss on our side, between engineering hours and compute. We only make money when the model works for you. That is how we align incentives.
What does the pilot cost?
The fee is set with the scope on your first call, because it moves with what goes into it: how many projects, their size, the timeline. What is fixed is that you carry zero risk on it. Hit the 2x bar and the full fee is credited to your annual contract as a discount. Miss it and the fee is refunded in full. The pilot is paid on purpose, so both sides have skin in the game, and we run at a loss on every pilot either way; our money is in the annual contract, and that only happens if the model works for you.
What level of detail do we get?
LOD 350, construction-ready, delivered as a native .rvt file with every structural element and every bar modeled.

How fast is one model, really?
Days, not weeks. The public 14-story frame, 21,826 elements and 20,922 bars, was delivered in one day.
Who actually does the work?
During the pilot, we do: a dedicated engineer runs your projects through ConstructAI and calibrates the system to your standards. In production, your team drives: the patent-pending agentic AI does the automated modeling from your drawings, and your people run the software and own the output. We provide the software and the assistance. We are not selling a modeling service.

Yes. The US is our primary market, and we also work with clients across Latin America, Europe and Asia. ConstructAI is headquartered in Austin, TX, and we work in English and Spanish.
