* ConstructAI uses a hybrid pricing model: a monthly platform subscription per user plus consumption-based fees (credits used for uploading, processing plans, and agent interactions). The 50% discount applies to the platform subscription component only and does not apply to credit consumption. For Founding Members, the discount remains active for the duration of continuous subscription. For Design Partners, the discount applies for 24 months from the date of agreement. If a subscription is cancelled or lapses, standard pricing applies upon reactivation.

† Processing a plan means extracting walls, doors, windows, and floors from a single floor plan in the Plans tab — turning your 2D drawing into structured, quantified data.
‡ Agent interactions go beyond chat. Each interaction is an exchange with the AI agent — asking questions about your drawings, refining element parameters, generating a Revit model, sending elements to Revit, exporting quantities, and more. Every action you trigger through the agent counts as one interaction.
Example — small project: Upload a 100-page PDF (10 credits) → process 10 plans (50 credits) → chat with the agent 120 times (40 credits) = 100 credits total.

You upload 2D architectural drawings (PDF). Our AI extracts walls, windows, doors, floors, and rooms, and generates a 3D BIM model directly in Revit. What usually takes days of manual modeling happens in a fraction of the time.
Credits are spent on three actions: uploading PDF pages (1 credit per 10 pages), processing plans in the Plans tab (5 credits per plan), and chatting with the agent (3 interactions per credit). A typical small project — 100-page PDF, 10 plans, and 20 agent interactions — uses around 67 credits.
Structural elements — columns, beams, and foundations — are next on our roadmap, expected in Q2 2026. MEP and steel fabrication are also planned — let us know if that's what you need and we'll notify you when those capabilities go live.
