Complex details like seismic reinforcement and unusual connections get extra engineer attention. You receive full traceability—every quantity links to its source drawing—so you can verify our work yourself.

We specialize exclusively in reinforced concrete (not trying to do everything), we validate every project with licensed engineers (not just AI output), and we're built specifically for US construction standards (ACI 318, IBC, Imperial units). Most AI tools give you software to run yourself—we deliver a complete, validated takeoff as a service.

All deliverables include confidence scores that flag uncertain extractions. If you find an error we missed, we'll correct it for free and update your deliverable within 48 hours. Low-confidence items are highlighted in the delivery so you can review them before bidding.

Yes. We support all seismic design categories (A through F) and correctly interpret boundary elements, confinement reinforcement, and special detailing requirements per ACI 318 and ASCE 7. Our engineers specifically review seismic details during validation.

We export to Excel and CSV, which can be imported into most estimation tools (Sage, Procore, HCSS HeavyBid, etc.). For Fabrication-Ready BIM, you get native Revit files or IFC that work with any BIM software.

It depends. We need complete structural and foundation plans with adequate detail sheets. Missing details may reduce our confidence in certain extractions (which we'll flag for you). Upload your set and we'll review within 4 hours to confirm if it's sufficient.

If we miss your delivery deadline (5 days for Fast Track MTO, 15 days for Fabrication-Ready BIM), you get a full refund automatically. If you're unsatisfied with the results, we'll revise for free or refund you if we can't meet your requirements.
